Return Policy

At Vancouver Chic we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below for all the details.

1. Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to send it back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Tags, seals, or protective coverings must be in place (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products (gift cards, etc.)

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at info@vancouver-chic.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Received the Wrong or a Defective Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund—at no cost to you.
